How accurate is the price?

Very. We do not guess from the file size. We run your model through a real slicer, exactly as we would to print it, and the quote uses the material weight and print time it reports.

What file formats can I send?

STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP, or a ZIP containing several. If you have already sliced it yourself, send the G-code and we will use your own settings.

What if I don't have a file?

Send us a link to a model you found online, or just describe what you need. We will look at it and reply with a price by hand.

Which material should I choose?

PLA for anything decorative or indoors — it gives the sharpest detail and costs least. PETG for anything that has a job to do, goes outdoors, or lives in a car, because it handles heat and sun far better.

How long does it take?

The quote usually arrives within minutes. Printing depends on size: a small part can be a couple of hours, a large one can run overnight. We tell you the print time in your quote.

Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?

Not currently. We deliver anywhere inside the Kingdom.

What if my model is too big?

We check that automatically before quoting and tell you straight away, along with our largest build size, so nobody is surprised later. Often we can split it into parts.

Is my design kept private?

Yes. Your files are used only to produce your order. We do not share them, sell them, or print them for anyone else.
