What we collect

Only what is needed to quote and deliver your order.

• Your email address, name, mobile number and city.
• The 3D files you upload, or the link you send us.
• Measurements we derive from your files: dimensions, material weight and print time.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used for rate limiting and fraud prevention.

What we do with your files

Your files are stored in our object storage and used to produce your order. We run them through a slicer to work out an accurate price, and we print from the result.

We do not share your models, sell them, publish them, or print them for anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes. Uploaded model files are kept while your order is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you reorder. Ask us and we will delete your files sooner.

Who else sees it

Payment is processed by StreamPay, a Saudi payment gateway — your card details go to them directly and we never see them. Email is sent from our own mail server. StreamPay processes data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action it.

Cookies

We set one cookie, to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
